Booking a session
Can I book a session without a membership?
Yes. A single studio session is $299 for up to 90 minutes and you can book it online right now without a call, a quote or a membership. Book a session →
How far in advance should I book?
Whatever is showing on the calendar is genuinely available. Popular evening and weekend slots go first, so a week or two ahead is comfortable, but same-week bookings happen all the time.
Do I pay when I book?
Yes. The $299 is charged at booking, so nothing is owed on the day.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule free up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours the session is non-refundable, because the room and the engineer are held for you.
Which studio should I book?
Pick by how many people are on camera and whether you want a light or a dark set. Studio 1 Bright and Studio 3 Cinematic hold up to two people; Studio 2 Bold and Studio 4 Open hold up to four. Compare the four studios →
The studios
How many studios do you have?
Four, all at the same address in Henderson, Nevada. Two seat up to two people and two seat up to four.
Do the studios cost different amounts?
No. A session is $299 in any of the four studios, so the choice is about which room fits the conversation rather than budget.
Can the lighting match my brand colours?
Yes, at no extra cost. Send your brand colours in the booking notes and the room is lit to match before you arrive. Studio 4 is the exception we'd steer you away from recolouring — its warm light is the reason people choose that room.
Can a guest join remotely?
Yes, in any of the four studios. We bring remote guests in over Zoom or Riverside, so the person you want on the episode doesn't have to be in Las Vegas.
Can I put slides or a screen share on camera?
Yes. We connect to your laptop and put your slides, screen share or B-roll on screen as part of the recording.
Can I live stream the session?
Yes. Every studio can stream live to multiple platforms at once while we record.
Do you have a teleprompter?
Yes, in every room. Most people don't use one — a conversation reads better unscripted — but it's there for the parts you want word-perfect: an intro, a legal line, a call to action, or a scripted brand message.
How many people can be on camera?
Up to four, depending on the room. You choose the studio when you book.
Getting here and the day itself
Where are you located?
2625 N Green Valley Pkwy, Suite 110, Henderson, NV 89014 — minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. We serve the greater Las Vegas area including Henderson, Summerlin, Paradise and Spring Valley.
Is there parking?
Free parking on site, and plenty of it. No garage, no validation, no meters.
What time should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes before your session. That's time to get seated, mic'd and lit before the clock starts.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing. Every camera, microphone and light is here and an engineer runs all of it. Bring your guest, and anything you'd like on the shelves in Studio 3.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. An engineer is in the room for the entire session. You never touch a setting.
Do I have to be good on camera?
No. You're having a conversation with your guest, not performing. Most people forget the cameras are there within about ten minutes.
Pricing
How much does it cost to record a podcast in Las Vegas?
A single session at The Video Podcast Studio is $299 for up to 90 minutes, including the room, a dedicated engineer, multi-camera video, studio-grade audio, brand-matched lighting and a live cut uploaded the same day. Monthly memberships with full editing, clips and publishing are $1,400, $2,500 and $5,000 per month. See full pricing →
Are there any hidden fees?
No, but there are optional extras and they're all listed. A $299 session is the session — the room, a dedicated engineer, the cameras, the audio, the lighting and your live cut. If you want us to edit that episode, editing is quoted separately. Raw file transfer is quoted on request. On a membership, publishing to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Facebook is $100 per channel per month. Nothing is ever charged at the studio on the day.
Can you edit my episode if I'm not a member?
Yes. Editing a one-off session is quoted separately — it isn't part of the $299, which covers the room, the engineer and your live cut. If you want editing every month along with clips and publishing, that's what memberships are for. See memberships →
Do I have to get on a call to find out your prices?
No. Every price is published on the pricing page and a session is bookable online without speaking to anyone.
What's the cheapest way to work with you?
A single $299 session. There's no membership requirement and no minimum — plenty of people book one, see how it goes, and decide from there.
Memberships and publishing
What is a membership?
A monthly arrangement where we handle everything except the conversation: the sessions, the full edit, every short-form clip worth pulling, and publishing the episode under your name. You book the guest and show up. See memberships →
What does distribution include?
Writing titles and descriptions, designing thumbnails, adding chapter marks, uploading, scheduling and publishing your episode to YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts, plus uploading short-form clips to YouTube Shorts. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook are $100 per channel per month, on memberships.
Is there a contract?
No. Every membership is month to month with no contract and no minimum term. It bills on the same date each month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Officially they don't — the sessions are reserved for you each month whether you use them or not. In practice, tell us what happened and we'll usually accommodate you.
Do you book my guests?
On the Principal membership, yes — we handle the outreach, scheduling and confirmations. On the other tiers we help you build the list. Whichever tier, the invitation goes out in your name, because the relationship belongs to you.
How many clips do I get?
Twenty a month on Producer, forty on Partner and Principal. In practice we pull every clip worth using and don't stop early.
How fast do episodes come back?
You get a live cut of the session uploaded the same day. On a membership, the edited episode is usually delivered the next day and clips follow a day or two after.
Do I get the raw footage?
Yes, it's yours — every camera angle and every audio track. Having us upload and transfer those files is a paid add-on, because the files are large and the transfer takes real time.

Does a podcast really bring in business?
For businesses that sell through relationships, yes. Clients here have closed $45,000 from a single 30-view episode, turned three guests into three retained clients across three episodes, opened 48 new relationships in a year and tripled revenue in that same year. See the results →
How many downloads do I need before it works?
None. The $45,000 episode had thirty views. Audience size and business results are close to unrelated when the show is built around guests rather than reach.
How long before I see anything?
Some clients closed business from their first episode. More commonly it takes a few months, and some relationships pay off a year later when a former guest refers someone.
What kind of business is this for?
Businesses where one new client is worth thousands and deals come from relationships — agencies, professional services, universities and trade schools, consultants, and founders with people worth opening a door to. It works far less well if you need volume sales or ad revenue.

Do you film outside the studio?
Yes. We film on-site at conferences, offices and events across Las Vegas, which is common for brands in town for a convention who need footage without renting a room. On-site filming →
Do you charge travel fees in the Las Vegas area?
No. We're based in Henderson and serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Paradise and Spring Valley without travel fees.
