How the night works

Three hours. Built around your nonprofit.

Dinner, networking, and on-camera interviews all run throughout the night. The education portion happens in the middle — so you get the most value without any awkward waiting.

Arrival, dinner & networking
Meet the other nonprofit leaders in the room. On-camera interviews begin right away on a first-come, first-served basis — step into the studio when you're ready.
6:30 – 7:45 PM
Education portion
Expert speakers on grant writing and marketing. Real frameworks, real tools, things you can use starting Monday morning.
7:45 – 8:30 PM
Open networking & final interviews
Connect with other leaders, trade information, and finish any remaining on-camera interviews before we wrap.
